Yoga at Soul Barns
Take a deep breath and join me on your yoga mat for a variety of different weekly yoga classes at Soul Barns. Find flow in the body and harmonize with your breath in these 1 hr classes that will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.
THURSDAY’S - 6:30 pm Gentle Yoga into Meditation
This class is a blend of hatha yoga and yin poses put together in a sequence designed to slow you down, opening your body through passive stretching. You will be guided to slow down and connect to your emotional, mental, and physical body. Each class with include a short guided breathwork/meditation practice. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the postures & basic alignment in the body, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
